Our well organized labour room along with NICU and OT complex is an asset to any institution. NICU care is given to the very pre-term babies. Complicated surgeries with cardiac and medical problems are usually managed here. Epidural analgesia for labour is being practiced. Most advanced uterine artery embolisation for Severe PPH and for those case contraindicated for usual Hysterectomy is being practiced here by the interventional cardiologist Dr. P.K. Ashokan. Laparoscopoic surgeries are done for infertility work up as well as for other routine cases. Most modern infertility work up is carried out in this hospital with the help of Dr. Gopinathan. This institution is only lacking in IVF and ICSI in this field.
